2. The “Elite” Service Model: Our Role as Travel Advisors

VIP Elite Vacations operates as a professional, Licensed Travel Advisor. It is important to understand the distinction between our agency and the travel suppliers we utilize:

Advisory Service: We provide expert consultation, custom itinerary design, and logistics management to create a seamless vacation experience.
Third-Party Suppliers: We act as an intermediary between you and “Suppliers” (such as airlines, cruise lines, luxury hotels, tour operators, and private villa rentals). We do not own, manage, or operate these third-party businesses.
Agent Status: When you book through VIP Elite Vacations, you are entering into a separate contract with the Supplier, and their specific terms and conditions will also apply to your journey.

3. Eligibility and User Requirements

To ensure the integrity of our bookings and the security of our platform, you must meet the following criteria to use this Site:

Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made through our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates.
Lawful Use: You agree not to use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

4. Professional Design Fees and Payments

At VIP Elite Vacations, we treat your vacation time as your most precious commodity. Because our travel planning involves extensive research and exclusive partnership coordination, our payment structure is as follows:

Consultation/Design Fees: We may charge a non-refundable “Elite Design Fee” for the labor and expertise involved in creating a personalized itinerary. This fee is separate from the cost of your travel components.
Booking Deposits: Suppliers usually require a deposit to hold your reservation. We will communicate these requirements clearly at the time of booking.
Full Payment: Failure to pay the balance of your vacation by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit per Supplier policies.
Price Fluctuations: Prices for luxury travel packages are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and Supplier price increases until the booking is paid in full.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

We understand that plans can change. However, because we work with high-end, boutique suppliers, cancellation policies can be strict:

Agency Fees: All fees paid directly to VIP Elite Vacations for travel advisory services are non-refundable.
Supplier Policies: Each airline, hotel, and tour operator has its own cancellation policy. We will provide these details during the booking process.
Travel Insurance: VIP Elite Vacations strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. This is the only way to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or “cancel for any reason” scenarios. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from your decision to decline travel insurance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Ownership

The “Elite” brand is built on unique expertise and custom-designed content.

Ownership: All content on this Site, including text, custom graphics, logos, proprietary itinerary templates, and images, is the property of VIP Elite Vacations or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited license to access the information for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content (especially our custom itineraries) for commercial purposes without express written consent from Hollie Alexander-Harvey.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Reviews

As your Licensed Travel Advisor, we provide guidance, but the ultimate responsibility for travel readiness lies with the traveler:

Passports: Must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Visas: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and entry permits.
Health: You must comply with all destination health requirements, including vaccinations and COVID-19 protocols. VIP Elite Vacations is not liable if you are denied entry to a country due to improper documentation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
