By submitting UGC, you grant VIP Elite Vacations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in our marketing materials, social media feeds, and on our website. You still own your content, but you give us permission to celebrate it!

To maintain the “Elite” standard of our brand, all UGC must:

10. Termination of UGC Rights

If you wish for us to stop using a specific piece of content you provided, we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from our digital platforms upon written request, though we cannot recall printed materials already in circulation.
